PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basic conditions for using the Murder Crow #Labs website, reserving a seat and participating in the programme.
1. Programme
Murder Crow #Labs is a learning programme intended to provide practical education, guidance and exposure to digital marketing, growth, creative work, AI tools and related skills. Programme structure, sessions and materials may be updated when reasonably necessary.
2. ₹10 reservation
The ₹10 payment is a reservation amount used to express and secure interest in a programme seat. Payment does not by itself constitute a guarantee of employment, placement, income, business results or any particular career outcome.
3. Learning outcomes
Results depend on the learner's effort, attendance, practice, prior experience, ability to apply the material, market conditions and other factors outside Murder Crow's control.
4. Career guidance
Career guidance is educational support and general direction. It is not a promise that a learner will receive a job, interview, salary level, client or placement.
5. Payments and third-party services
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Do not share sensitive payment credentials with Murder Crow through chat or forms.
6. Content & intellectual property
Programme materials, branding, written content, graphics, recordings and other original materials provided by Murder Crow remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless expressly stated otherwise. Learners may use their own work created during learning for their portfolio subject to any third-party rights.
7. Community conduct
Learners are expected to communicate respectfully and not misuse programme resources, harass other participants, impersonate others or distribute private programme materials without permission.
8. Mission and community support
Murder Crow's mission includes the long-term goal of expanding access to learning for people who may not be able to afford it. Future sponsorships, scholarships or education initiatives depend on the growth and resources of the organisation and will be announced separately. Mission statements are not a guarantee that a specific number of scholarships or beneficiaries will be funded.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the programme, payment process, legal requirements or services. The latest version published on this website will apply going forward.
10. Contact
For questions about these terms, the programme or your reservation, use the Support page or the WhatsApp contact provided on the website.
